Experience a Spinal Health Care Class!
July 28th at 6 pm in our office

As part of your treatment program, we ask you to attend our Spinal Health Care Class.  We provide this class once a month to our patients.

Dr. Shanahan will discuss the spine and how the day to day activities that you do can affect the overall health of your body.  And, provide helpful tips on things you can do throughout your day that will allow the treatments you receive at Powell Chiropractic to be even more effective.

As a new or even current patient, you may have questions as you begin and continue your treatment.  Our Spinal Health Care Class is a terrific opportunity to ask the doctor questions that may arise after you leave our office.

***The class begins at 6 pm and lasts 30 minutes.
***The class is held on the fourth Wednesday of every month.
***Sign up at the table in the reception room or call Jamie at 366-2518.
***We provide dinner and a drink during the class.

Nutrition or Product of the Month:  SOMBRA Cool Therapy - available in a roll on or tub container.  Sombra is a NATURAL pain relieving gel.  Great for sunburns and bug bites!  Get yours for $10.00 during the entire month of July.  For more information see our Nutrition Tab on our website.

Kid’s Corner: Kids can have fun making a Summer Fun Photo Craft Kit or color their favorite summer activitiy page or tease their brain on our Independence Day word find.

Reminder Patients: July is a great time for students and treachers to get their physicals for next school year!

July 4 – Happy Independence Day!

July 9 – Dr. Powell will be leaving the office today at noon to teach a Neurological Examination course in Minneapolis, MN.

July 12 -  Dr. Powell will be speaking on Brain-Based care at 6 pm in our office.  Ask Dr. Powell or Dr. Shanahan if this class could benefit you.

July 15 -  Dr. Powell will be out of the office today attending an Iowa Board of Chiropractic Examiners meeting.

July 28 - Spinal Health Care Class today at 6:00 - 6:30 pm at our office.  Sign up at the front office and choose what you would like for dinner.

July 30 – Dr. Powell will be out of the office today.
